29th International Dresden Lightweight Engineering Symposium

At this year’s International Dresden Lightweight Construction Symposium, which took place on 18 and 19 June in Dresden, TRR402 had the opportunity to present itself to a wide audience. In a presentation entitled ‘Development of Lightweight Structures with 3D-Graded Reinforcement Architecture’, Dr Tzortzinis provided an overview of the TRR 402’s objectives and an in-depth insight into selected projects. This enabled the initial research findings to be presented and discussed with participants from industry and academia, both in the auditorium and during the breaks, whilst ideas were exchanged.
